In view of the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, the Veneto Region is reinforcing its commitment with the "Casa Veneto" project, a strategic territorial promotional initiative that will be active during the world sporting event. The project was initiated as part of the "Veneto in Action" regional programme, launched in 2020 and updated over time, to enhance the territory and seize the opportunities generated by the Games.

"Casa Veneto" highlights the productive excellence and the outstanding tourism  opportunities of the region, taking advantage of the great international visibility of the Olympic event. Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 has defined the sustainability and legacy guidelines in its strategy sent to the Region, which is working in synergy with institutions, trade associations, and local stakeholders. The meetings held on 10 July and 18 September 2025 initiated the joint definition of the project's contents.

The initiative will be split into three main areas: a Media Center dedicated to the nonaccredited press and broadcasters; an event space for activities promoted by the Region and stakeholders; and a hospitality area to welcome athletes, institutions, and guests, with opportunities for presentations and conferences

With "Casa Veneto", the Region is strengthening its presence at Milan Cortina 2026 and will generate a lasting effect on the territory of Belluno and on the entire Veneto, contributing to economic growth and the promotion of sustainable tourism.
