In view of the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 has developed the GEN26 Education Programme, designed to inspire young people through the Olympic and Paralympic values and to involve them in the immense Games project.
The Programme includes a series of educational initiatives aimed at schools and beyond, with the aim of leaving a significant legacy to Generation 2026, the future protagonists of the Games. This programme includes several initiatives, which are constantly evolving, carried out with the support of the Ministry of Education and Merit, in collaboration with the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI), the Italian Paralympic Committee (CIP) and other bodies, associations and partners. The goal is to interest young people from all over Italy in sport and make them protagonists of the immense project of the Games.

road leading up to Milano Cortina 2026

PCTO (Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation) with Milano Cortina 2026: the objective is to make students in the last three years of high school aware of the reality of organisation of sports events of international importance, to enhance their careers experience and professional opportunities, while bringing them closer to the sports sector

Adaptive Winter Sport: a project that intends to offer the Italian Paralympic Committee and interested Federations active support in the organisation of winter sports beginner courses for people with disabilities.
