Venice, 25 January 2024. In this period, the speed races of the Women's Alpine Skiing World Cup will be held in the “Pearl of the Dolomites”.

The President of the Veneto Region, Luca Zaia said: "We are very proud to welcome once again to Cortina, dressed festively and beautifully covered in snow, a weekend of Women's Ski World Cup competitions that promises to be very special. On the Olimpia delle Tofane, exactly where the women's races of Milano Cortina 2026 will be held, two free downhill descents and a Super-G are scheduled, which will feature the women's national ski team as protagonists. I would like to welcome the jet-speed women and the entire ski community with a huge good luck in particular to our athletes".
