The regional Call, approved by Council resolution no. 350 of 01/04/2025, endorses the principle enshrined by the World Health Organisation according to which cultural welfare is based on the effectiveness of certain specific cultural, artistic and creative activities with regard to the prevention, promotion, management and treatment of human physical, psychological and social well-being.

With this Call, the Veneto Region acts in a strategic sector for improvement of the quality of life of the most vulnerable individuals, allocating contributions to public and private cultural institutions that demonstrate their ability to combine art and culture with solidarity, social inclusion and the promotion of well-being in our territory.
