The Programme for improving the accessibility of host cities/regions is a specific request of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) to the cities/regions themselves, and is established in the commitments made by the Regions/Provinces/Cities hosting the Games, and stated in the Host City Contract - Operational Requirements.
