In its administrative role, the Veneto Region supports the implementation of initiatives to expand the educational and training offer in order to provide all students with the opportunity to develop their skills and acquire the necessary tools to become aware and informed adults.

The aim is to support and promote the active participation of students in pre-established themes through the allocation of regional contributions to support projects to expand the educational offer in state schools and state-recognised private schools of all levels, as well as in the Vocational Training Schools of Veneto.

The Call for activities to be carried out during the 2025-2026 school year will allow to dwell on themes in line with the values that support the goals of the Legacy and Sustainability Strategy of the Milano Cortina Foundation 2026. These include the promotion of human rights, gender equality, cultural and social inclusion, volunteering, environmental education and psycho-physical well-being.

In addition to these issues, which align with those referred to in the calls for the previous school years, the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of Milano Cortina 2026 allow to create projects aimed at the promotion of Olympic and Paralympic values. Schools and training institutions were therefore given the opportunity to present projects relating to the promotion of Olympic and Paralympic values and the history of sport.

The resources allocated by the Veneto Region to initiatives aimed at expanding the training offer amount to € 250,000.00 for the 2025-2026 school year.
