"Veneto in Action" is the programme of the Veneto System for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Milan Cortina 2026, which sets out to promote a strategic path aimed at enhancing the regional territory, its excellence and attractiveness, in view of the 2026 Winter Games, thus relaunching the economic role of regional manufacturing, using the "multiplier" effect of the games. The regional strategic plans, initiatives and activities, developed on the territory and included in the Regional Programme “Veneto in Action”, are based on compliance with five strategic themes for sustainable development: climate change and natural ecosystems - circular economy - human rights, gender equality, inclusion and accessibility - sport and well-being, more movement for all - sustainable local economic development, and the promotion of circular models. They have been identified through the work of eleven Thematic Roundtables and the involvement of the relevant stakeholders of the territory, then published through Regional Council Resolution no. 82 of 4 February 2025, Annexes A and B, an act that updates the previous surveys (Regional Council Resolution no. 371 of 9 April 2024, Regional Council Resolution no. 125 of 24 February 2023).
