The “Work Experience - a tailor-made experience” initiative allows the unemployed to access tailor-made, modular and flexible pathways, aimed at acquiring or strengthening skills necessary to respond more effectively to the employment needs of people and companies.
The projects are financed with resources from the European Social Fund of the Veneto Regional Programme ESF+ 2021-2027.
The initiative is aimed at unemployed people, resident or domiciled in the regional territory and over the age of 18 (or younger if they have completed their compulsory education).
The proposed courses include a series of flexible and “tailor-made” interventions, which include orientation, training, internships (with a participation allowance of € 500 per month) and additional tools focused on specific professional profiles that highlight employment opportunities in different production contexts.
There are two types of itineraries:
- Option 1 “Work Experience” aimed at developing skills related to professional profiles that offer greater opportunities for job placement;
- Option 2 “Work Experience Milano Cortina 2026” aimed at developing skills related to the professional profiles required for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games.
